INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

LAUNCH YOUR CAREER IN SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Our Internship Program offers a hands-on, immersive experience designed to elevate your coaching abilities and deepen your understanding of performance training. As an intern, you'll gain practical experience working within our integrated model that includes personal training, sports performance, and group training. Under the guidance of the Push Performance team, you’ll actively coach a diverse range of clients—from adult fitness enthusiasts to youth, high school, and collegiate athletes.

Interns follow a structured educational curriculum that covers key components of the Push Performance system, including assessment analytics, program design, and coaching methodology. Throughout the program, you’ll engage in weekly staff meetings, independent study, and one-on-one mentorship sessions. You'll also have access to additional learning opportunities such as in-house seminars and workshops offered during your internship.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

  • Hands-On Coaching Experience: Assist our coaching staff with daily sessions, warm-ups, movement assessments, and training protocols for professional, youth, and general population athletes.

  • Real-World Application: Shadow our team during client evaluations, observe performance therapy integration, and help with program tracking and data collection.

  • Weekly Education & Mentorship: Participate in structured intern development meetings that include lecture-style learning, group discussion, and Q&A with Push coaches and guest specialists.

  • Professional Networking: Build lasting connections with coaches, athletes, and industry professionals — many of our former interns have gone on to work in collegiate, private, and professional sports settings.
