At Push Performance, we are dedicated to shaping the next generation of athletes through our comprehensive youth development programs, which are thoughtfully designed to lay a solid foundation in both athletic performance and personal growth. Specifically created for young athletes between the ages of 7 and 12, our programs focus on instilling fundamental movement patterns, promoting overall physical literacy, and nurturing a genuine passion for the game of baseball.

 

By combining expert instruction with age-appropriate strength and conditioning, our experienced coaches create a supportive and high-energy environment where young players can thrive. Whether it’s learning the basics of proper mechanics or building confidence through skill development, our goal is to help each athlete grow not only on the field but also in their overall approach to sports and fitness.

Youth Training

YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

Our youth athletes are introduced to essential strength and movement fundamentals tailored to their age and ability level. Each session is thoughtfully designed to focus on key physical attributes such as coordination, mobility, body awareness, and the fundamentals of proper movement mechanics. These elements are essential for building a strong athletic base and are critical for supporting long-term athletic development while also reducing the risk of injury. The program is specifically geared toward young athletes between the ages of 7U and 13U, providing them with a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environment to begin developing the skills and habits necessary for future athletic success.

Our 1-on-1 individual lessons offer a unique, highly personalized training experience crafted to elevate young athletes' performance, confidence, and love for the game. Each session is designed to target the specific needs of the player— whether it’s refining their swing at the plate, mastering the mechanics of pitching, or sharpening their skills behind the plate as a catcher. Led by experienced, specialized coaches, these lessons are fully customized based on the athlete’s age, current skill level, and long-term goals. This focused, one-on-one environment allows for deeper instruction, quicker progress, and meaningful mentorship.

YOUTH CAMPS (7U-12U)

Our youth camps offer a fun, high-energy environment where young athletes build skills, confidence, and a true love for the game. Led by experienced coaches, each camp focuses on core fundamentals like hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running. Through fast-paced drills, fun competitions, and team activities, players learn the value of hustle, teamwork, and a positive attitude—while making friends and lasting memories along the way.
