Strength training is a major part of every ballplayer's routine. Our softball program focuses on the foundation of rotational power, speed, and strength. All programs are individually customized to maximize confidence and help reach their full potential.

Throwing & Hitting Services
A Push Performance Throwing or Hitting Assessment is REQUIRED before any program can be purchased.
THROWING
Athletes participate in a 1-on-1 throwing session that can include bullpens, customized drill work, video analysis, pitch design, and long toss/weighted ball work. This service will also include a personalized stretching and arm care routine to be performed before and after each throwing session.

HITTING
Athletes participate in a 1-on-1 hitting session that includes HitTrax batted ball tracking/metrics and swing analysis, slow-mo video swing breakdowns, and individualized drill work. Our hitting program focuses on improving batting power and hit-for-average ability, optimizing swing mechanics, and improving mental approach at the plate.

Youth & Team Training
YOUTH FOUNDATIONS
Push Performance Youth baseball foundation training is the perfect program for athletes looking to take the next step earlier in life. Push Foundations is dedicated to 7-12 year olds for youth strength training and pitching. This training is perfect for athletes that know baseball is their passion and they want to play at the next level.
Push Performance does a great job of teaching younger athletes the same game at a higher level. Between our foundations of a pitcher and foundations of a strength program, Push Performance builds a high-level, well-rounded athlete.
TEAM TRAINING
Team Training at Push Performance offers teams of 10 or more athletes the opportunity to benefit from the same programming offered to our athletes in a team based environment. Following the assessment, athletes will follow a program designed by one of our Performance Specialists. This program is designed to improve each member of your team's performance while focusing on the specific demands of your sport.
