Last updated June 16, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Push Performance("Push Performance," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services. By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, athlete date of birth, organization, and any details you include when you submit a contact, Get Started, or team inquiry form, or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Usage data: anonymous, first-party page-view analytics (pages visited, referring site, device type, and an anonymous session identifier). This is not used to personally identify you.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule assessments and training.
- Send you email and, where you have opted in, SMS messages related to your inquiry, assessment, and training.
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Push Performance related to your training, assessment, scheduling, and relevant updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third parties.
Email Communications
We send transactional and, where appropriate, follow-up marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using that link.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, database, email, and SMS delivery providers), and only as needed to provide our services or comply with the law.
Children's Privacy
We train youth athletes, and information about minors is provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Data Retention & Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
You may opt out of SMS (reply STOP) and email (unsubscribe link) at any time, and you may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
